CrossFit One United People (1UP) is a CrossFit affiliate gym (established in 2020) with the goal to provide people with the tools and knowledge to pursue their fitness and personal growth. We offer 1 hour classes for people of all ages and abilities with a wide range of workouts lead by a certified coach to train you properly. Our workouts include moments such as Olympic lifting (snatches, cleans, jerks..), long endurance workouts, and even gymnastics all inside our brand new 2,300sqft facility.
Classes at 1UP CrossFit will be limited to 8 people with reserved space online through our website or phone app. Small class sizes allows our coaches to give each member lots of one on one instruction every class to ensure good movement patterns and understanding of our training methodology.
If you are looking to get in the best shape of your life and have fun doing it, come try a 1UP CrossFit hour FOR FREE! It doesn't matter if you regularly workout or can barely get off the couch. CrossFit is designed to motivate and help EVERYONE!! You don't have to be fit to start!
Our free trial class will be lead by one of our certified coaches who will introduce you to our facility, explain some pillars of CrossFit methodology, and then guide you through a workout. You can expect in that hour to move through a warm up, be taught and work on some new skills/movements, and finish with an 8 minute workout! You'll be amazed how hard an 8 minute workout can be!
If you decide CrossFit is a good fit for you after our free class; we then sign you up for 6 "Fundamentals" classes with one of our coaches included in your first months membership. These classes are designed to teach CrossFit movements such as deadlifts, presses, Olympic lifts and more under the close tutelage of a coach to ensure safety and proficiency. Once you've completed our "Fundamentals" classes you're welcome to attend any class on our schedule!

Fitness and sport has always been a part of my life (soccer, swimming, cricket, volleyball...). In my late twenties I was playing in sports leagues, dealing with injuries, and looking for something new to push me. In 2014 a friend convinced me to try CrossFit and I was immediately hooked!! After soaking in as much knowledge as I could and taking classes day after day I could lift heavier, run faster, perform skills I never had and was injury free! I started competing in the sport of CrossFit and plan to always have that as a part of my personal life. In 2015 I started coaching and found a skill and direction to my life I didn't previously know about. In 2019 I made the choice to pursue my passion and open One United People Crossfit to help people find the passion I have for fitness and health!
